Hello Race Fans Acquires Raceday 360

New Fans Gain Easy Way to Follow Horse Racing Media

New York, NY, August 9, 2010 – Hello Race Fans, Incorporated, this week acquired the assets of Raceday360 from Railbird Media, LLC.

Raceday360.com, a horse racing media aggregator, launched in 2008 by Jessica Chapel, Railbird Media founder and former Daily Racing Form Web Manager. Hello Race Fans will continue to operate Raceday360.com as a stand-alone website and integrate key components within HelloRaceFans.com. Hello Race Fans will also assume all Raceday360-branded social media efforts.

“HelloRaceFans.com currently reaches fans looking to learn about and better understand horse racing,” said Dana Byerly, Hello Race Fans Co-founder. “The addition of Raceday360 will now provide that audience with an easy way to more closely follow and participate in the non-stop, exciting and opinion-fueled horse racing world.”

“Hello Race Fans is a perfect organization to broaden the reach of Raceday360,” said Jessica Chapel. “Raceday360 was created to give fans a way to stay current with horse racing via a modern, simple interface. That offering can only benefit from being part of Hello Race Fans and its thorough grasp of digital media content, sales and marketing.”

Hello Race Fans also plans to eventually expand Raceday360.com with original content, including video features.

With the acquisition, Hello Race Fans will represent Raceday360 for advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
